Baltic Creative acquired, refurbished and delivered our Workshop Warehouse Units as part of the Pilot and Catalyst Phases back in November 2012. The workshop units, situated on Jordan Street and Brick Street, were part of a 3 year development programme which saw 44 spaces across 18 warehouses transformed into mixed use space for Creative and Digital businesses.
