LivingLens, the leading video intelligence platform, announces three Customer Success hires to support continued growth.
Brett Henderson has joined LivingLens to head the cross-territory Customer Success team and will be based in Toronto. Henderson’s 21 years’ experience in the market research, software development and CX industries will be invaluable in understanding client objectives and priorities, as he leads the team to deliver outstanding levels of support.
Juliana Almeida and Jenna Boccia join the Customer Success team in London and Toronto respectively to support the growing client base in gaining maximum value from the video intelligence platform. The additions to the Customer Success team follows the announcement of the expansion to the Sales team, with new sales hires in London, New York and Toronto.
Almeida boasts client management expertise in the insight space having previously managed multiple accounts at comScore. She will be focussing on European relationships, particularly the increasing volume of subscription clients, to deliver practical support in using the LivingLens platform.
Boccia brings with her expertise of Customer Success within a SaaS environment and will primarily be focussed on supporting clients in North America, both onboarding new accounts, as well as continuing to build on existing relationships.

The expanded Customer Success team will provide support, advice and best practice guidance across the full spectrum of use cases and methodologies available through the LivingLens platform. These include self-ethnography using CaptureMe, the LivingLens mobile research solution, as well as seamless integrations for Customer Experience (CX) programmes and quantitative surveys with solution and survey partners.
