Agent is an award-winning full-service brand and communications agency based in the North West, founded in 2006 by CEO, Paul Corcoran.

Agent works with a range of leading clients in the public, private and third sectors including GCHQ, CGI, The Environment Agency, Merseyrail, the RHA and Wirral Borough Council amongst others. They have a growing team of 36 across four service departments; strategy, creative, digital and communications.

In September 2014, Paul Corcoran launched Agent’s social enterprise, the award-winning Agent Academy CIC. In the last seven years Agent Academy has trained hundreds of North West talent helping over 95% of them find full time permanent positions within the creative and digital sectors. CEO Paul Corcoran is deputy chair of Liverpool City Region LEP, co-chair of the city region’s digital and creative board, deputy chair of Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse and a board member of NWBLT and Net Zero NW. He is also the recipient of The Guardian’s Sustainable Business Leader of the Year award and Outstanding Contribution to the North Award, 2021.
