Agent Academy is an award-winning learning company and the sister social enterprise of full-service brand and communications agency, Agent.

The journey began when Agent’s CEO, Paul Corcoran, recognised the importance of the industry stepping up by supporting and guiding future talent to start their careers in the creative and digital industry.

Paul set out to help those who lacked contacts and experience to get their break in the industry. Combining his years of agency experience with a commitment to making a positive difference, he created the first ever programme.

The concept was an instant success; learners progressed quickly into industry jobs and Agent Academy was born.

Through their programmes for young people aged between 18 and 30, Agent Academy has now supported nearly 300 young people, across the North West, into digital and creative sector employment, creating over £17 million in accumulative annual salaries.
