Jeff Mcglinchey

Jeff plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations at Baltic Creative and has a comprehensive knowledge of maintenance and health and safety regulations. Jeff provides excellent customer service and is a key point of contact for the tenants across all of our sites, responding quickly to repairs and issues.

At the age of eighteen, Jeff delved straight into Facilities Management working for Melbourne Woods for ten years, where he got his teeth stuck into all areas of building management. Before joining Baltic Creative, he worked for CBRE in property management. Here, he worked on all aspects of Health & Safety and Fire Safety including DDA, First Aid and Water Management.

When he’s not in work, Jeff enjoys holidays where he can go for long walks with his wife, Robyn and dog, Sally. He is also a big supporter of Prescot Cables F.C and rarely misses a home game!
