Andrew Byrne is a Director at CBRE with has over 14 years’ experience working in the North West property market. He specialises in the acquisition, sale and letting of offices.

Andrew has a background as a surveyor and has acted for a variety of clients including: Alder Hey, Trinity IM, The Royal College of Physicians, Baltic Creative CIC, Bruntwood, Peel, Capital & Centric, M7 Real Estate and Corestate.

Andrew is currently working within the National Advisory and Transaction Services Team at CBRE. He has a deep understanding of Liverpool City Region’s economy from living in the region and is passionate about creative and digital sector growth.
