Baltic Creative CIC want to reassure our tenants, clients and the public that we are paying attention to the daily public announcements regarding COVID-19. In response to advice, we are making pro-active, common sense changes to our service to protect our staff, tenants, businesses and the public.

We currently have no plans to close our buildings and we’re doing everything we can to keep them running as normal – ensuring that they are accessible. If the government advice changes, we will of course act accordingly.

The safety and wellbeing of our staff, tenants and the public is vital to us and please be assured that we are operating the highest levels of hygiene standards throughout our buildings. Measures include increased cleaning visits and spot cleaning on touch points in communal areas.

Our Café Partners and Venues are monitoring the situation closely and making changes that suit their businesses. This, as we’re sure you will agree, will be a very difficult time for our Cafés & Venues. They are responding to the current advice by the government as they see fit and they are taking extra measures to protect their businesses.

We have created an online resource at www.baltic-creative.com/covid19support which includes information and support available to businesses operating in the Creative and Digital sectors. We’re sure that some of this information may change, and therefore we will do our best to keep this resource as up to date as possible.

We will be watching how this situation unfolds over the coming days and weeks.

In the meantime, please keep following the government advice which can be found at https://www.gov.uk.

We wish everyone all the best during this time – stay well, stay safe.
